The story
Three of us moved to Dubai in the same month. Three different apartments, three completely different nightmares.
One person's broker disappeared after signing. Another spent weeks at typing centres. The third navigated it all via WhatsApp.
We realised: nobody owns the rental lifecycle. Real estate brokers sell property and vanish. Ejari typing centres are stuck in 2005. DEWA requires you to already have Ejari. Insurance companies ask questions you can't answer. And every expat you meet has a different story of confusion.
That's when we started RentalFormz. To build the one system that gets you from signed lease to fully set up in 5 minutes.
